In 1963, as a province that started with Faruk Büyüktopçu, the handcraft was shaped as copper carving.

In the following years, with the demand of the sector changing, production of stainless steel kitchen utensils was started as well as copper.

Mehmet Büyüktopçu who grew up from the nucleus since 1990 has devoted himself to his father's career and completed his education as a mechanical engineer and in 1996 he started to work completely and established ÖZ-EL Kitchenware Industry.

In parallel with the development of the sector, ÖZ-EL Kitchen Appliances Industry has made great progress in 4 years and expanded the volume to a considerable extent.

In addition to stainless kitchen appliances in 2008, it entered into non-flammable teflon production.

Today, production of both stainless steel and non-stick non-adherent teflon on 3000 m² closed area continues to develop and grow.
